Becoming A Better Women (Part 2)

Image 1. Click to open in original size.

Life is a journey and becoming better every day is the goal.

We've all made mistakes throughout our lives that haven't exactly put us in the best light like allowing our emotions to ride on us at difficult situations or telling what seemed like a little white lie. Chances are, however, you probably felt a little guilt because you want to be the best of you. Here are some of the most important ways to become a better woman. • Stop Being Angry We all experience anger in our lives. Uncontrolled anger, however, can create problems in our relationships and even with our health. All of this can lead to more stress and additional problems, which can complicate life and keep us from being our best selves. That's why learning to manage and eventually let go of anger is so important to becoming a better person. • Be Open To Change Whether trying a new restaurant, traveling to an unknown part of the world, or doing something that has always scared you, you should always be open to embrace change. It allows you to grow because you experience something new. It helps you be high functioning and self-confident if you are not wary of change. • Take Better Care of Yourself Women have a serious tendency to neglect themselves at times. Whether it is stress induced, relationship issues or poor self-esteem, we let ourselves go. It can even happen when you're comfortable in a relationship. When you take care of yourself, you demonstrate respect for yourself. Women who are concerned about their appearance on a regular basis tend to do a better job of interacting and serving other people. Your family, your spouse and your friends will all appreciate it.

Great advice Benny! It’s important to try your hardest to always be the best version of you but it’s equally important to not beat yourself up if you loose that for a bit, just work towards getting back up again!

All the best, Leia
